I'm not sure if many of you read these updates, or care that I'm on a diet... but putting it out there helps me stay accountable. :)
I lost 1.5 lbs this week! I'm down 11.5 lbs total, and the numbers on the scale are making me very happy. Some of my clothes are fitting quite loosely now. I'm starting to be able to wear some of my medium shirts again, too. I haven't tried to squeeze into my "skinny jeans" yet... I'm still scared.
I have 9 pounds to go until I'm pre-baby weight (165 lbs). That will feel amazing! I've been going to the gym once a week... when both of my kids are at school. My son is in preschool & my daughter goes to the Mommy room there sometimes. It's very convenient. And thankfully they both still nap (most days) so I can work out at naptime. :)
My goal for April is to get down to 170. I have 4.5 lbs to get there... I CAN do it. :)
