I've hit the 10 pound mark! That feels pretty good! I only lost 0.1 lbs this week, but that does include a totally random 2 lb gain in the middle of the week. I have been exercising regularly & eating much better (less sugar & sodium, too!) so I'm hoping for another GOOD loss soon.
