Lost 0.7 lbs this week. I had a couple of days where I ate entirely too much sugar (i.e. cookies!), so I'm pleased with this outcome. I've lost 8.7 lbs total... and I'm getting so close to 10 lbs, I can taste it! Also, 9 lbs is 1/4 of my goal, so that's a pretty cool milestone too.
I'll admit, I'm thoroughly sick of counting calories, and there are days where I just want to sit and crochet... but I just can't quit. I would really like to lose 6 lbs in March. I'm not sure if I'll be able to muster up enough motivation to do that... but hopefully if I can just cut back on the sugar & play outside a little more with the kids, I'll at least come close.
