I lost 1/2 a pound this week. I'm actually VERY happy with that. I ate a LOT of junk food (pizza, cupcakes, girl scout cookies) this week, and I seriously expected to have at least a 1 lb gain. Most of the junk food is all gone, and I can get re-focused on my goal. I've lost 8 pounds total, and I'm really looking forward to seeing a *10* on my ticker!
