Weekly Weigh-In

I lost a little over a pound this week. :)  That's 6.2 lbs total since the New Year.
I only went over on my calories once this week, and I rode the bike 6 out of 7 days.  It paid off!
I have set a mini goal for February & I need to lose 4 more pounds by the end of the month.  I can do it!
