Weekly Weigh-In

Well, it's been 4 weeks, and I've lost 4.8 lbs.  I was down a total of 6 at one point, but I hit a rough patch last week.  So when the scale told me I lost 0.6 this week, I was thrilled.  I'm moving in the right direction again.  If you don't know, I've been counting my calories every day on http://www.myfitnesspal.com/, and I've been doing daily calesthenics & cardio here at my house.  I can't afford a gym membership, nor do I have time with 2 toddlers at home.  Thankfully we have a bike and a treadmill (which I have yet to use this year) upstairs, so I can get in some exercise during naptime or when the hubby comes home from work.  If anyone is interested in joining me in losing some weight this year, please look me up on http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ and find me as danyelpink.  :)
