Day 11 - Freezer

Cleaning out the freezer is not one of my favorite things to do.  I have to wear rubber gloves b/c that icy feeling makes me cringe & I get angry.  Scraping ice/frost off the windshield of my car makes my blood boil!  I can't explain it.  Anyway, this was a quick task for me b/c we have a small freezer, and there wasn't much food in there.  Here's the "before" shot...

I threw away a couple of things that were clearly freezer burned or were expired.  But I really only had to move some stuff around so that everything was easier to see.  I put the kid-friendly stuff (ouchie pouchies, popsicles) in the door.  I also moved that middle shelf down.  We haven't purchased ANY frozen pizzas since we lived here b/c we didn't think they'd fit in the freezer.  I knew that the top shelf could be moved, but that bottom bin is always so full of stuff that I didn't see that you could put that shelf down there.  When did I get so stupid!?!?  Anyway, I'm off ... here's the "after" shot...

  2. I am the exact opposite. Put me in the near zero weather and I am in heaven. Heat my house too much or try to get me outside in 80+ weather and I am screaming mad. Instantly. :(

    Good job on your freezer!

  4. I don't mind the COLD... it's that cruncy, scraping sound that you hear when you move stuff around in the freezer. UGHHHH.
