  1. I have people telling me the same thing since I only have one child. I HATE IT!!!!! They have absolutely no idea about our family situation but most importantly they don't seem to notice how happy we are as a family!!!!!

  2. I LOVE my kids (as I'm sure you all do), but I also want to go back to work someday. Apparently that makes me selfish. Like I'm not fit to be a mom unless I'm constantly pregnant or HAPPY to fold laundry every single day. OK, that might be over-exaggerating what was said, but being a mom IS my thing... it will always be my thing. But working outside of the home can be my 'thing' too.

  4. That is SO rude.I get the opposite, having 5 kids myself. "You DO know what causes that right?" or "Why do you have so many kids?" People need to mind their own business and realize that everyone does what's best for them. They are just jealous of your talents! :)

  5. Jennifer, I loved your post. Thanks for sharing!

Leanne, I can't imagine having 5 kids, but kudos to you. If you love them & can take care of them, more power to you. Thank you for stimulating the economy. ;) Just kiddin'!

I will be more then happy to make some and mail them to you

  8. Yep, an acquaintance whose life-long goal is to be a baby-factory thinks that I must not be cut out to be a mom (even though I have 2 of the best kids EVER) because I don't want more... and because I look forward to going back to work. I could go on and on about why SHE shouldn't have more kids, but to each her own...

  9. Really, someone said that because you choose to only have 2 children? That is crazy.... Weather you have one or 7 dosn't make a difference, you are still a mom. :) My buddy Gina has 7 amazing kids. :) All grown up now, but an amzing family. But for me, that is more than I wanted. I am happy with the 3 that we have. :)
